  1. 2 dislikes are those 2 Ave's fans lol …welcome home Stevie !! Bout time !! Always wondered why tf you were ANYWHERE else !!

  2. I hope for the best for this team, as a nucks and hawks fan, I wanna see this team be super good again, With captain Larkin leading by example to Hronek and choloski on the D and leading Rasmussen, Zadina, Svechnikov, and more. This team has a chance to be good. Now they need to get good goaltending, and they should be back up in the standings!

  3. Mike Johnson probably isn’t coming back to 31 in 31 after he dropped the F bomb in the Dallas review

  4. Where is Zadina? Surely he plays the majority of the season. Might as well get him the feeling of the show, rather than trot out some vets to lose 50 games again. Also, Joe Veleno has a shot to make the team.

  5. – Detroit's young forwards are coming along….but it's still a long road back to respectability for the Wings just yet. But luring Stevie Y back into the fold in Detroit can only mean good things down the line for 'Hockeytown'.

  6. Did I miss something? It said in key departures that Kronwall was gone. When did this happen?

  7. Dylan Larkin
    Anthony Mantha
    Tyler Bertuzzi
    Andreas Athanasiou
    Filip Hronek

    With Moritiz Seider, Filip Zadina
Joseph Veleno, Gustav Lindstrom, Jonatan Berggren, Jared Mclaasc, Oliwer Kaski, Filip Larsson, Albine Grewe, Givani Smith….etc well on the way

  8. Uhhh Kronwall hasn’t announced he’s retiring yet, so maybe we shouldn’t write him off yet.

  9. I am a Flyers fan, but man the Wings have to get their way back into contention. that franchise means so much to the league.

  10. All the red wings ever talk about on their website is naming Larkin the captain, because that's all they've got going for them, there's nothing else to talk about

  11. This was a pretty disappointing preview 1) Kronwall hasn't announced if he's coming back or not. 2) Those forward line combos don't look at all likely–and they didn't even talk about D pairings. 3) No real talk of the Wings prospects.

  12. Won't make the playoffs. They'll pretty much get around 60 to 70+ points this season.

  13. Save your hard earned money Red Wing fans. It is going to be another extremely long season in Detroit. The Ilitch family has put a stop to Mike(RIP)Ilitch's hefty spending and are calling it a "rebuilding plan".Such a lame excuse for a family supposedly in love with Detroit, the Red Wings, and the Tigers.

  14. Is it just me or would everyone love to see the Red Wings shove those words down their throats. Would love to see Steve convince Nick Lidstrom to come over for a few months and coach the D-Men both here and in GR. Can you imagine how good Seider would be then.

  15. I mean, there was a time when we'd be mad cause we're not conference champs for crying out loud…now we got people doubting our chance of making it to the play-offs… that's freaking SAD…..
