Sorry about the season. It has to be disappointing compared to the past 2 years.
You really should make a lot more islanders videos
Islanders fan here, one of the big reasons this season was subpar was when we had that long streak of road games with the new stadium being built and we had our entire team out once we played home. This season gave a lot of bad luck and I have a feeling that in a normal season we would’ve been great.

Pretty good assessment of everything, and a well measured analysis. Loved it. But I don't understand your assessment of Romanov as simply "showing how desperate they are of getting rid of Chara". Romano is a great puck carrier that gives his all at all times, and lacked and suffered from the lack of defensive cohesion of the Canadians as a whole. He will be an amazing addition because he will get that defensive cohesion and structure at Islanders, as well as add to a more offensive tendency.
