What part of « TANKING » does Monty B not understand???

  3. Sentenced2Burn

Montembault just dropped his big ol nuts right on Trouba’s chin

  4. MrTightface

Habs and winning by 1 goal. Name a more iconic duo

  5. bcgrappler

Dach, Suzuki with points and Cole with 2. Monty playing like a legit NHL starter.

Hope slaf is OK and rip gino a fan favorite everywhere he played.

    Complete game, impressive win fellas!

  8. Gelidaer

Anyone got a clip of what happened to Slaf?

  9. grimandnordic1

Young guys pulling through tonight that was great.

But don’t win too many games tho

  10. --JULLZ--

Cole with 26 goals and 10 assists is so funny to me

    Little man score no pass

  11. BigCartiFan

So… Monty. He was amazing. He’s been amazing this season given whats in front of him. I hope he’s with us for a while

Montreal using their tank-jutsu. Losing against the bad teams, winning against the best.

what happened to Slaffy? Is he OK?

Great game from the Habs, they have a few good games in a row where they compete and honestly, it’s great to see them play as a team.

Lot’s of good things coming from the youngs ones. Barron had a fantastic night.

Hopefully Slaf is not injured… fucking dirty Rangers…

Cole Caufield is the Habs’ most lethal scorer since ______________

    Richer?

    *GOOD*

    – One of those games you look at on the schedule back to back 5:00 etc and think well even the strongest teams would have trouble with that one. Good win by the Habs

    – Monty was a rock back there. Again, this is a player who I generally think all things considered should be the #1 just to see a little more of what the Habs could have. He can be hot and cold of course but just a really strong performance.

    – Dvorak is a player who really stood out to me tonight. Good defensive plays leading to really good offensive plays and being creative. Been hard on this player in the past, but I think he can fit here long term as a 3C.

    – Drouin another stellar game. Really playing strong hockey lately.

    – Caufield I’ll save time writing something out just a pure sniper. Lol somebody picked like cam York right before Caufield I will never understand your job is to literally do hockey scouting but alright.

    – Dach exceptional. Possession monster and starting to ramp up offensively.

    – It’s too bad he left, slafkovsky has put together some good games here. Right when he was getting back to how he started the year, guess this could also be a bad.

    *BAD*

    – The tank. I didn’t really see anything that stood out as bad today.

Pretty obvious Caulfield is not going along with program. Demote to Laval. We cant have this midget ruining the tank.

Tank-related good news, Vancouver has taken Carolina to overtime. If we do end up dropping behind, it will only be by one point rather than two.

Fun win powered by our younger players.

I don’t know if Montembeault is ever going to be « true » starter material, but is unambiguously the best younger goalie in our system right now. I feel like he’s likely playing his way into at least the medium-term goaltending plans, whether as backup or part of a tandem.

  19. manwithoutcountry

Did Barron just play his best NHL game yet? He seemed way more confortable and way less out of place tonight.

  20. itsdajackeeet

Competed every shift, Monty played well, Suzuki, CC and Dach on the scoresheet. No complaints

  21. jayydit

I love our short king. Thanks again Flyers!

  22. sandysanBAR

See what happens when we score first?

I think we are 10-3-3 when we do.

Canucks beat the hurricanes in OT to keep our Tank hopes pretty neutral.

Canes 5 million dollar man Jasper Kotkaniemi with 0 points to improve to 16 points in 44 games on the season.

    Thanks Canucks.
