  1. Do you have the Blues/Bruins from February 23, 1991? (Hull had a hat trick)

  2. Bowman was a great coach up there with Lombardi, Belichick, Auerbach, McCarthy etc in the other sports.

  3. This is really incredible! As a child growing up in St. Louis, I knew my parents had seen this era Blues when they were dating and I'd always heard the stories and read about them; however, I was never fortunate enough to actually see any (except, of course, Game 4 of the 1970 Finals). Thanks so much! Really appreciate it!

  4. Two months later, Toronto would begin their descension with perhaps their worst trade- sending Frank Mahovlich, Garry Unger, Pete Stemkowski and the rights to Carl Brewer(who returned in 1969-70 to have an All-Star season) to Detroit for Norm Ullman,Paul Henderson,Floyd Smith and Doug Barrie.

  5. This was the only NHL game for St. Louis backup goalie Don Caley, wearing Glenn Hall's #1. This was back in the days when the game could be interrupted so that the team making a goaltending change could take time to warm up the substitute; this practice was abolished in 1977-78. Maple Leafs legend Charlie Conacher and former Canadian Governor General Vincent Massey died the day this game was played.
