  1. Giving up a goal less than a minute into the game and one more with less than a minute to go certainly won’t win you many games.

  2. The two first Devils' goals can teach the Sharks something about one of the most underrated aspect of hockey: back-checking. I mean, it must be really frustrating for Erik Karlsson, who has a responsibility to score and assist, to fight alone on defense, doing the right thing, only to get beat by opposing defensemen because his forwards cannot back-check. Usually, he does not cover well on defense, and he was unlucky on the last minute goal. The Sharks should look at old video on great defensive forwards like Chris Drury, Michael Peca, Saku Koivu, Jere Lehtinen etc.

  3. 😁They swept 3 games road trip in California. They beat the Kings, Ducks, and Sharts.

  4. Looked absolutely anesthesized during that first period. Lucky to come back and win. That's what good teams do.

  5. Ryan Graves goal was huge secondary scoring that the Devils needed! Ditto for Tatar in the shootout. Secondary scoring is a must for this already great team to go far. Glad to see the Tatar scrap..👊 Devils snatched victory from the jaws of defeat. Thankful for the much needed 2 Points! Devils have to get it together regarding penalties and avoid shooting themselves in the foot. Huge props to Vanecek for coming through in the clutch! The sky is the limit for this team. 🏒🔥5 game heater!

  6. Not a win they deserved but good teams need to figure out how to scrap those out. Really enjoying watching this team even if I’m not part of the base

  7. How crazy that a total four goals were scored in the first or last 30 seconds of a period.
