    I'm so done with these "tend the goal" comments. Acciari was skating towards the puck, creating pressure with no other d-man to cover him. What, you want Talbot to stay away from it and risk Acciari scoring? This is a rare mistake, it doesn't happen as frequently as Dangle will lead you to believe. Talbot made the right move in my eyes. He could've passed the puck to the opposite d-man who was WIDE open and avoided the situation. It was luck who came and screwed up the situation. Stop with these "tend the goal" comments. Goaltenders are players, and if they can play the puck well, they should. Mistakes like these are rare.
