Can’t wait to cry like a baby in the stands tonight. Millsy will forever be one of my favorite Sabres ever.

This guy was our rock for so long. Heros get remembered but legends never die.
Sabres legend Ryan Miller heads to the rafters tonight 😭

so glad I decided to head down to Anaheim one night, maybe a week or two before the pandemic shut everything down, the Ducks goalie had to leave the game with an injury and I went ballistic when Miller came in. Knew it was probably the last time I’d ever get to see him play.

Very much enjoyed that read.
Made me want to watch the thank you video from his first game back in Buffalo. For anyone else interested https://youtu.be/qpdxhcrqrDI

They’ve got to find him a place in the organization. He’s a bright guy, he loved it here, he became part of the community, and I think he really feels like he has unfinished business from ’06. More than any other alumni, I’d like to see his name on the Cup as an exec. (in Buffalo – in case there’s a monkey’s paw getting ready to curl).
