  1. Gg Boyz…Big half of season with a big win that's 5 wins straight and what about Soooouuppp??? What a game

  2. Thanks for using the Sportsnet commentary. A lot better than having to endure John Buccigross on ESPN.

  3. What an entertaining game. High energy and high intensity. Could have gone either way, but I think there was more fuel in the Oil tank. Beat the lightning in the end game.

  4. Disappointing but I can’t be mad at the lightning. They were on a 5 game win streak and playing on the road will tire you out eventually. Unfortunately the tired game had to come against McJesus. I know he won’t catch 99’s point record but I think he’ll be the 2nd player to get 2,000 career points. Respect to him, most exciting player in the league. Stamkos has started to pick up the scoring again since hitting 500 goals yesterday (now at 503 in the blink of an eye). Point continuing his rapid scoring, I think he hits 50 goals this year. Hedman now just 3 assists from 500. Hagel has been fantastic. Vasi didn’t have his best game but it wasn’t his fault. Hoping for a bounce back on Saturday, let’s go bolts!

  5. Why dont they show the fight? I get that "violence" is not acceptable but it's a huge part of the game.

  6. McDavid is unstoppable!! This guy blasts through any defenseman in the league

  7. This game was AMAZING!!
Playoff Intensity!! McDavid with the CLUTCH GWG!! Went in by himself and just wouldn't be denied a Goal… Simply the BEST!
LOVE watching Kostin play big games like this… he didn't register a point but his impact was definitely felt.

  8. How on earth do they make the decision to leave the McDavid breakaway with the Vasi poke out of the highlights?

They get a moment with literally the league's best goal scorer in alone versus the league's best goaltender and then they are like "nah, let's show Warren Foegele attempting a hopeless shot from a hard angle or Darnell Nurse with a blue line muffin for the world's most forgettable glove save instead."

Honestly I want to meet the guy who puts these things together.

  9. Huge win for the Oil‼️
    The 1st & 3rd goals are B A D defending…the 2nd's on Campbell. Grant Fuhr woulda had that in his sleep 😴

  10. Oilers Still UNDEFEATED in the Vinny Desharnais Era…. 5-0!!

Tampa, Vegas and Seattle among those that Bent the Knee….
