The logo is sewn on and there are 2 back pockets. I don’t remember what they’re made of the tag only says made in USA and the size.

Got mine today too. Made in the USA, unbranded and heavyweight 100% cotton. I was expecting nylon sort of sweat pant interior snowpant exterior but these will be more comfortable!
