Everybody knows that Darrell doesn’t answer questions. Everything is a smart ass remark. He doesn’t like to talk about his coaching style. He doesn’t like to talk about what he’s going to next. He doesn’t like to show any part of his hand. Yes, he doesn’t like to play rookies that often that’s his MO that’s just how he does things and he’s always done it that way google previous interviews, especially when he was with the Kings This is just what the man does.
I don't mind it. These canadian franchises just dangle highly touted prospects in front of their fans and hype the shit out of them before they've played a game then fans set way to high of expectations etc etc. Let him earn it. About that Tampa Bay jersey toss, it's a 2 game losing streak, even the best teams go through losing streaks during a season. Having 11 goals scored on you in two games (Oilers 5, Flames 6) is not fun though.

In fairness too sutter, alot of outside noise about how he needed to play cause he would be more impactful than other players. Not saying he wasnt effective. But i think his comment and reading the stats was more a jab at those people. He was just as effective as anyone else on the 4th line in reality. Had he scored or something i guarantee the comment is slightly different, but i aint putting that pressure on a kid in his 1st game. Its a weird comment but i just see a different side too it

Not a fan at all of coach Sutter, I blame him for Huberdeau's lack of production. FFS the guy was signed for 10.5M a season, and he barely plays 15mins a night, what the hell is going on??!
I would expect this answer from DS if the Flames had lost, but in such a good game against the Lightning (does he not remember they won 2 cups in last 3 seasons) I would hope he would have more good to say about his players, especially a rookie who is performing well. I'm not surprised to hear this from him but somehow I was still disappointed. Great job to Pelletier, sure he has a long way to go, but he's come a long way too .

Ružička had like 17 points in 18 games than he degrated him to 3 and 4 line and after several games he is out of team…..he is 21 he gót minimal vage and he see that he gót change he used it but it doesn't matter because you still are just young guy I can do whatever I want with your position in team…..
