What a game by Kirby Dach tabarnach
I quite enjoyed that game
monty needs to stop trying to ruin the tank
This pleases the tank
Hung around for 2 periods against the best team in the league. Can’t be mad about this game.
Great game honestly. Can’t even be mad.
These are the types of losses I’ll take. Good hustle from the boys, fun to watch and getting a shot at Bedard
*BAD*
– Bit tough with the bruins goal being offside before the face off so it can’t be reviewed. Them the breaks.
– Mike Hoffman was not it tonight. Just sketchy decision making. Slow to make a play and turning it over most notably in the end.
*GOOD*
– Generally a strong night for the Habs against the best team in the league. Was a close game and they fought hard.
– The AHL call ups have largely been very good. Each guy is bringing it. Most notably for me is Pitlick who looks like a completely different player than the one who started the year with the Habs.
– Ylonen should probably stay up. Like him a lot.
– Montembeault excellent again.
– Dach continues to be a possession monster and adds two on the night. Really using his size out there and becoming an absolute unit on the ice.
Panthers lose.
Also Belzile has really impressed.
Shocked to say, but Centre Bell was LOUD for Bruins today. Didn’t know that many Boston fans live/visit the city, they overtook the crowd.
Probably a side-effect of the main team being in IR/LTIR, but still damn
Is it me or Suzuki doesn’t look healthy ?
Dach with 24 minutes, 2 goals, 3 blocks, and 62% on faceoffs, all while playing on one foot against the best team in the league. What a performance.
SENTENCED2BURN SAVED BY HOFFMAN
my man had his house on the line tonight and hoffman said I got you fam do not fret
I want Hoffman off this fucking TEAM
Great game and it’s good for the tank!! Pretty happy. Dach is improving so Much. Good game Montembeault!
And Hoffman with the giveaway for the empty netter. Cant Wait till hes gone.
Habs lose in Regulation without getting blown out, by the best team in the league
Panthers lose in OT
![img](emote|t5_2r10m|21702) Dach is a Canadien
Not a bad day.
Not even mad, most satisfying tank game of the year. Dach is a stud.
There’s no mustard on these games Vs the Bruins like there used to be. Looking forward to a time where both teams are competitive
Regardless, Samuel “Literally Carey Price” Montembeault
My god Barron is good!
What a fun game to watch. Fhk the tank 🙂
The team played hard against a team whose season record looks like a typo, and we managed to not get two points out of it that would be harmful to our long-term prospects, so that was a good game.
Dach is going to be a fantastic player.
Great effort, but I think it’s time to rethink Hoff on the point, like ever.
I guess it’s good for the tank
Dach 62% on faceoffs. Promising.
The fact we were even in that game at all for so long was incredible. What a powerhouse game from Dach.
As someone who had $$$ on Boston (shame on me, I know), I was pretty scared for a while there lol
I see why Dach was drafted above Caufield now
Post-game quote that MSL said about Dach:
Asked Marty if Dach has been playing like a beast this season. « I don’t want to speak for Kirby but… » He rolled up his sleeve to reveal a tattoo of Dach’s 2nd goal against the Bruins on January 24th, 2023. Asked if that was his answer « I’ll let you interpret that however you want. »
Kirby Dach might be my new fav player
Adding Belzile to Monty and Drouin on the, « holy shit they talk really fast » list.
Belzile continues to maintain his 82 pt pace
The moment I saw the 2nd Bruins’ goal, I already knew its a loss.
Anyway, good game still. Good for Kirby to add 2 goals in his production.

Say…I don’t know if anyone notices, but do you guys think Nick Suzuki’s playing hurt? Its just an intuition (a guess) but lately, he’s not producing. His last goal was on Jan 15 vs NYI. After that, its a couple of assists on 2 separate games (1 vs NYR, and 1 vs TOR). Even last month, he’s less productive than his usual. Suzuki doesn’t look that mobile nor he’s in his usual self.
That is exactly how I wanted almost every game to go this season. Losing, but having well played.
For Bedard of course.
