  1. Here we go. We're getting to the point of the season where the Wings are going to make everyone think we're making the playoffs then eventually like usual they will screw this whole thing up.

  2. So glad they didn't give up on Ras every one was ragging on him but I said long ago he is a late bloomer and look out he's only gonna get better has the potential to be dominant…

  3. They drafted rass for leadership and character. They suspected he'd blossom. He played NHL at 18 and then a year in GR to build. Players learn and grow and develop every year which you just have to be patient with. Fabbri coming off three major knee surgeries is a big spark and the growth of walman has been a fantastic surprise that compliments mo. Last season they got blown out badly and you can see the development of young players and some more credible veterans. It's a good mix. You wanna be playing meaningful games late in the season and even that is a substantial improvement from bottoming out a few years ago. I'm impressed with the coaching. I'm impressed with how the team has been playing structurally of late and the wins are team wins. They do not have the firepower of Tampa or Toronto but they have much better depth and you can see all 4 lines working and contributing. That to me looks like a decent hockey team and I'm enjoying the show. Husso really didn't have a ton of games but I've been impressed. So the goalie platoon has to be managed but I read they think husso could be a guy that plays more but that also takes time and experience. What's not to like about it.
