The pacific division is gonna be complete chaos until the end of the season.

  2. Pelletier has been the most impressive flame since he was called up. Keep him on the Kadri line, he’s revitalized him and Huby.

  3. Visotto1

Lose to Chicago and beat Seattle… Luckily you only play Playoff teams in the Playoffs.

  4. Thepinkillusion

I love Hubes, Kadri, pelletier together omg. They didn’t get a goal, but my god were they affective together

  5. likethemouse

What the fuck is this team ??? Poor Markstrom sheesh… see y’all in a week and a half

  6. GrafNebelgeist

    Ok, Flames. I forgive you.

    Big W!

  7. DOITLIKEBRUTUS

Lose to the Blackhawks at home with rest

Win against Kraken in Seattle on 2nd night of b2b

    *Confusion intensifies*

  8. craigolo

This team gives me whiplash lmao but I’ll take it

I have an idea on how we can end the Vegas curse, grab a bottle of water from the Climate Pledge Arena’s ice maker and pour it onto the ice at the T-Mobile Center before the game, that should do it.

That was a great bounce back game. They were ready to go from the start. Vladar is on an insane run 10-0-3 in his last 13.

I just wish they could figure out how to play like this in front of Markstrom, I think the all star break is coming at a good time for a mental reset.

  11. Congrats to Vladar for tying the point streak! Gilbert looked great tonight! I like that 1b line, they are looking great!

    GO FLAMES!!!!!

  12. Embracat

That’s better. More of that Flames.

Beating the hottest team in the division on a back to back away game after getting smoked by the worst team in the league.

    Just as expected.

  15. Trufflehunter89

Lol never won in Vegas never lost in Seattle.

  16. Nativejoel

It’s a honestly to god gamble betting on the flames every game. There’s no guaranteed lost which is good. There’s also no guaranteed win.

Played really good tonight and hopefully after the break they come out swinging for the Playoffs.

    Go Flames Go.

  17. lastlatvian

    Experience Sutter Hockey. Be Bored!

  18. RandyBobandysGut

The Zad dog was excellent tonight

  19. Such a better team in front of Vladar!

  20. Comfortable-Ad-7158

    Moar play like this pls.

  21. jonos360

Great solid win for the most part. Some winnable games coming up–need to go streaking now.

  22. Skinkybob

A much better showing, but it means nothing until they demonstrate that they can play 2 (or, God forbid, 3) good games in a row. That’s their longest win streak this season – 3 games.

  23. Chronixx

Vladar is the starter. Marky is getting no run support, to be fair, but man this team simply plays better with him in net. I don’t see how Darryl can ignore this fact much longer, especially considering the circumstances of the last 2 games

  24. ZathanGo

Blake Coleman was a monster tonight. Jacob Pelletier is a full time NHL player. He’s going to score his first goal very soon. Mackey is probably a career AHL’er, keep Gilbert for now.

Lindholm was also absolutely fucking phenomenal tonight. I am super drunk, I love this god damn city, I love this god damn team. Plan the parade

  25. NovelLoss4081

Anyone else surprised that Brian Elliot even won all those games? Must’ve been when he first joined….

  26. marbsarebadredux

I’ve seen the Flames live 5 times, 3 of those were shutouts against, 1 of those had a controversial goal called off and then…tonight. Everything went right tonight. Felt very good and Kraken fans were very nice

  27. iridescentcataclysm

So I admittedly don’t follow any other team as closely as the Flames… But is there any other team as inconsistent as Calgary? It’s bewildering.

Happy for the win, obviously. But what was this in comparison to yesterday’s game?!?

Edit – and what was the third period in comparison to the first two? Infuriating.

  28. Trufflehunter89

Lol I swear to god every single time I tune into the post game show with patty it’s with George dude is committed

  29. TheThatNeverWas

In the arena tonight, everyone around me asking about “our goalie”. Shit hot impressive.
