Blue Jackets deserve a superstar like Bedard. They have a good group of young players to compliment Bedard too. Plus Bedard/Laine would be deadly. I’m saying this as a Caps fan too 😭

Canuck fans are way too high on Bedard. He does what he does against boys, not NHL men, not big hard hitting d-men. If he tried that move against Slovakia in the NHL he’d be absolutely flattened and likely concussed. I just don’t think his skill translates to the NHL game
All the bottom 5 teams are still very close. It's nearly impossible to say who ends up with Bedard. Imo Fantilli is just as good and could possibly be better early on since he's 15lb heavier.
