  1. Pionk was solid in his first 2 years with the Jets and Stanley had a solid rookie year.

    WTF happened?

  2. I hope Bones chewed em out and the time is NOW for Chevy to make a big move. There’s something wrong and I think the cancer is returning somehow. You can’t get whipped at home by two crappy teams twice in a row without alarm bells going off.

  3. I think the jets need to move Stanley. I really hope he gets moved to try and get klingberg

  4. The jets get rattled too easily they are all talk and no action until this changes we will keep seeing this effort!! Hope you can keep your sanity man

  5. Here's the bottom line. After last season, management needed to take a cold, hard look at this team. It was a poor season on and off the ice. Missing the playoffs, with rumors of character problems in the dressing room. There were only 2 options heading into this season, with key players coming up on new contracts soon and the unlikely hood of resigning them all. You start trading at maximum value and rebuild, or you stick with the team and go for it. They decided to go for it. For the first portion of the season, the hiring of Bowness seemed to rejuvenate the team, and the results suggested management made the right decision. Lately, it feels the exact opposite. This brings me to my biggest issue. We're playing with a complete lack of want. No desire. No effort. No urgency. If we keep this up, we're in danger of dropping down the standings and ending up in a playoff fight. If we manage to make the playoffs, in current form, we'd be lucky to make a series go to 5 games. What happens after the break will tell us all we need to know. If it keeps going the way it is, the season had been a waste. Which is something every Jets fan needs to understand. This year was never about making the playoffs. This was about contending. We aren't a contender. A weak division has made us look better than we are in the standings. A rebuild is coming eventually, and the Jets brass decided to prolong it. But that may end up costing us with players leaving for nothing when we could have already started it and, heck, even been in with a chance at CB. Chev needs to figure it out quickly, or he should be fired come the end of the season if this all ends up being a failure. A big waste of time.

  6. I’d say I can’t blame you (whoever you are) for being completely fuvken clueless like the rest of the city of Winnipeg it seems but you should have a responsibility in your position on YouTube! I guess the populous is completely helpless to the spew of the likes of Kevin sawyer and Craig button etc etc…. and their golden boys like morrissey and Dubois ESPECIALLY!!! FINALLY, for the first time in 44’s career he’s catching up to all the hot-garbage rainbow and unicorns sawyer (et Al) praise!! Great year absolutely after an ugly one last year offensively and defensively. Awesome! Bravo Josh! Take the Norris home. We lose and you hyper-focus on the defensemen? Schmidt tonight had a very good if not great game if you actually knew how to watch hockey! Great tethering and tracking and incredible stretch passes (that went for nothing) in a game where we couldn’t get out of our zone. We lose and you basically defensively ONLY look at our defensemen? Were you dropped on your head or something? Isolating players and critiquing them? Thank god unlike most of the egg-shell walkers in this city shoving rainbows up our asses. But you get most of it wrong!!! Up until demelo FINALLY pursued a player out to the blueline and got walked by that red wing he didn’t relent and is doing good tracking and tethering to his check. Before that? Most of this year demelo hasn’t followed any bonus blueprint and has had his worst season BY FAR as a jet, EXCELLENT for number 2 to turn it around!

BUT NUMBER ONE OF YOUR IDIOTIC IGNORANT OBSERVATIONS????

Pierre luc Dubois takes bad penalties??? First tho, let’s mesh with wheeler is old and slow then move forward on PLD. Ok. There is ZERO PLAYERS IN THE ENTIRE NHL that are slower than PLD once the puck crosses our blueline. He is completely disinterested in the blueprint of pursuit like ALMOST every other Jet. PLD floats against the cycle NEVER tethers to a check, BUMPS INTO HIS OWN PLAYERS (who do have their check or are damn well finding them) completely watches puck and NEVER EVER hits! Our so-called power forward is 281st in the league in hits at one a game that are usually just rub outs!! His trade value is blown waaay out of proportion due to being effective leaning on guys and having the hero puck on his stick offensively! I noticed that our drink the koolaid shitty shitty rose-coloured glasses media made zero mention that bones BENCHED PLD’S ASS for the last 12 minutes of the flyer game tonight (other than powerplay), two thank gods there…
    1) got PLDs lazy, head somewhere else ass off the ice, woot!!
    2) he DIDNT MENTION the benching in the post game press conference THANK GOD! All we need is to become a tire-fire organization like the blabbing canucks management/ownership. All year PLD has turned his nose up at our zone ALL YEAR and hats off to the four jets that survive plating essentially 4-on-5 while also trying to skate around PLD gliding into them!!

You need to stop drinking the media koolaid but I guess I can’t blame you, when it comes to certain players this city’s fans are glowingly ignorant! Schmidt has had a VERY GOOD season but much like tonight his great passing is completely cursed by others. See ehlers falling on his face on a clear slapshot, stretched by a ?80? foot pass by guess who, yup 88… btw back up just over a year and smitty led the jets in assists and powerplay points before coach Lowry began his slow fizzling of getting 88 completely off the pp for games on end. 88 does blend in much more this year with so many jets executing bones blueprint but it doesn’t diminish him..
    Pionk I agree!!
Package Pionk and Dubois in a trade if we can get excellent roster player(s) and playing prospects before Dubois’ floating kills any playoff round! Or, I PRAY TO GOD PLD’s benching gives the diva a wake up call, but even if it does he will go back to his torts-benching laziness soon enough. It’s sickening 🤮

  7. I didn’t even watch the game knowing this pathetic team at the moment would lose against Philly tonight, what an embarrassment,Wtf is going on ,all these top 6 should switch with the bottlers 6

  8. Stanley shouldn't be in the nhl. He can't even keep track of the puck if it is between his feet

  9. This game was a message sending game for Bowness. The Stanley-Pionk pair is meant to give both of those players nowhere to hide.

  10. What do you think of these players Connor Murphy,Luke Schenn, Matt Benning,Gostisbehere,Vallimaki,DeAngelo,Provorov,Edmundson,Fowler,Klingberg?

  11. New to your show , so here goes. The time is now before they miss the playoffs. Move PLD since he's become a distraction . He hasn't played well since the trip to Montreal. I agree he ìs a diva Go all out and get another C like Horvat .a good faceoff% and+/- on a poor team. Another bottom 6 forward and a top 4 D. Perfetti should be playing with Scheif. It's your move , Chevy. soon or never

  12. I love my Jets, but holy hell, are we as a fan base prone to over -reaction. They’ve fallen into a slump and have looked very lacklustre for a number of games now, but they’ve been solid overall this year. We immediately start calling for major changes in personnel whenever we go through a tough period, as though things couldn’t possibly get better. It’s mid-season, they’ve got an 11 day break. Can we at least let them take a breath and regroup before we start jumping ship? Ups and downs are normal and inevitable. Breathe lol

  13. The sudden negative turn with this team has less to do with individual performances and more to do with a massive negative chemistry problem. I noticed it when they went to Montreal and Doobie made his charity announcements. They haven't been the same since. PLD is the reason, mark my words for all of this. When your top centre wants out, it causes a chemistry breakdown, even if he himself is playing ok.

  14. Chevy built such as great core, but after he built it, he never polished and cleaned it. Chevy let it rot and built a culture of lazy players led by PoMo, who was never responsible and let players do as they pleased. The honeymoon period is over. Its up to Bowness to try to fix this mess while Chevy will mostly likely add some garbage player at trade deadline because "he believes in this team".
