Man what a tough loss tonight.
The kings really need help in goal badly.
Copley is for sure not the answer.
Come playoff time , he will not provide the unexpected game saving saves.
He would be a fine 2nd goalie maybe 20 games a season.
But he ain't leading no cup run and with quick its hard to watch.
Gotta be in his head because no way he deteriorated that quickly.
He needs an IV bag loaded with confidence.
As far as the Byfield situation goes it's time to give someone else a chance there.

Don't know.
But I believe it's time to pull the plug on the top line winger experiment.
Sorry one more thing, any insight as to why the kings kept Peterson instead of Campbell?
Campbell was clearly the better goalie at the time.

Man, the Kings had possibly their best period of the season in the 2nd, then started their All Star break vacation early.
Trade rumors: Goalie Thatcher Demko MIGHT be available, but he’s injured and has a cap number of $5 mil. Pending free agent Cam Talbot from the Sens also might be available, and has a more reasonable $3.66 mil cap hit. He is also injured for probably 3-4 weeks though. The other available goalies (Khudobin, Adin Hill, Nedeljkovic, and Korpisalo) do not look very interesting. The dream would be to get a young, cheap goalie like Kotchetkov or Wallstedt, but I highly doubt they would be available.
