Nice.
I am not among those who are giving up on Slaf, not at all. I think we drafted him because of what he could become in a couple of years so we will need to be patient with him. I think he has all the tools to succeed and I really hope he does.
This being said if you asked me to choose between him and Hutson I’d choose Hutson which is an insane thing to say but it’s the truth.
I often see elite players from other teams drafted way too late and I get frustrated it almost never heppens to us. (I’m talking Elite not just good). I think Hutson could be this guy for us.

Guy is winning every award call him Wayne Hutson
Our kale makar. Future is bright.
Lane « needs 54 points » Hutson.
54 will hold the points record for ncaa. Ccha was previous and its 59 points in 1990.
Hope he tears it up again next year and put up even bigger numbers for his D+2
It’s getting so much harder to maintain realistic expectations about Hutson lol. Every week it seems more and more likely we have not just an impact player with him, we might have an elite dman on our hands.
How tall is he now? 6’4″ BEAST!!!
He’s gonna need a very tall shelf for all these awards .
The kid can play hockey… but realistically when does he transition to AHL/NHL?
Habs have their hands full with the 5 rookie D and 4 vets, so there’s no point in rushing him. But how long is long enough?
Assumption: Habs want Arber and Guhle to be ok their own to pair with him. Or they hold on to Savard/Eddy to be his backstop.
Anyone know if the Beanpot game tonight will be streamed?
