I was in PEI during the Nashville series in 2018. One or two home games started at 10:30pm. On weeknights. That’s an 8:30 start in Winnipeg.

One of the rare regular season games where the league cares more about the TV revenue (thanks to HNIC 2nd slot) then the gate revenue. Normally they only reserve that kinda behavior for playoffs to maximize profits.
Downsides of being a Western team that’s in the central timezone. We still get those Pacific/Mountain starts especially in playoffs
