My prediction for tonight: Horvat scores two goals, fans chant “Horvat” each goal. Islanders win. Fans chant “Bruce there it is.” Miller snaps his stick in half over Delia
Beautiful day for a tank ladies
My prediction: late in the third, Canucks go to the power play. Pettersson, kuz, Miller and Hughes are all on the ice. All four of them are looking to complete their hat tricks. Meanwhile, Bo has scored 8 unassisted goals to keep the score interesting at 8-8. Myers and OEL are somehow each -10 on the night, but nobody really bats an eye. Then whoops, Miller makes a spinning no-look pass that escapes the zone, Bo jumps on it and pots the short handed GWG to complete his hat trick of hat tricks.
Must win game
Don’t know whether to cheer for the tank, or for a win to prevent the Isles draft pick from rising too high.
It’s going to hurt to see him in another sweater, but I guess this one is a can’t miss game.
