  1. Hyman going down as player with most called-back goals lmao.

Close hard fought game, Skinner played good. Grab a point and move on.

  2. Oilers were awful… Don’t understand the positivity. I thought this was one of the worst games the Oilers have played in the last several weeks including lack of mental focus, laziness, & give away after giveaway. It looked like the game was in slow motion. One of the takeaways I took was that the Flyers are a pretty bad team. What does that say about our play tonight?

  3. Aggressive game both teams? Oilers couldn’t make a single pass. Give Hymann the A instead of Draisaitl so maybe the team will see what it takes to get rewarded!

  4. Draisaitl’s worst 3 games of the season back to back to back. He is in sleep mode. Seems like Jay is watching the wrong game some nights. That was not tightly contested. They got crapped on for 45 minutes. Should have been 6-1 starting the 3rd. There was no effort. No emotion. No heart. Jay constantly praises games they lose because of effort. Its the same mindset that allows Derek Ryan 2nd line minutes while Holloway is on the 4th line. That was an atrocious effort and I guess the players will get away with it.

Besides all that. The effort we got from our 2 best players in the shootout was nonexistent. The refs had an impact on the game giving Philly 3 powerplays and giving edmonton 0 since I guess Philly was 100% clean every shift all game. Goal taken away when it shouldn’t have is also brutal. Making a play on the puck was foegele and he got stuck when the defenders stick got into the pads of hart stopping him from being able to avoid the contact tripping him in the process.

  5. Shoot out is not for oilers.. they need to work on that.. but over all that’s breathtaking game for both teams.

  6. Woody why do the Oilers play like its always a road game for Skinny but like its a SC Game7 home game for Soup? Its a contrast thats hard to understand.

  7. What an absolute 💤-fest 👎
☆ (Respectfully, Jay'll back the boys, so there's no sense I listen to this…)

It was S O B A D, I had to turn off the Philly TV call, b.s., knowing M Y team as well as I do, realizing they were collectively, N O T engaged in this one.
We could get into a ton of detailed, negative analysis, but I don't wanna relive that affair…at least we got a road point.
Been watching them now, going back to the '70's, their 6th decade…so I turned on 63O CHED's radio call, during the 3rd, knowing Bob Stauffer & Rob Brown don't pull any punches. 🤜

  8. Pretty poor leadership shown by mcdavid and draisaitl going on a vacation to turks and Caicos mid season and clearly partying for a week straight. Theyve both looked terrible since coming back from the Allstar break. The Oilers arguably would have been better off tonight benching Draisaitl and playing Puljujarvi

  9. The Oilers need to be ready to beat the teams that are definitely below them in the standings

  10. Reporter: Jay it wasn't the aggressive game you expected?
    Jay: I disagree.
Reporter: Jay it wasn't Connor and Leon's best shoot out moments?
    Jay: I disagree.
Reporter: Jay, Conner and Leon seem to have put the brakes on their goal scoring since returning from the all star break how do you feel about that?
    Jay: I disagree.
Reporter: Jay you leave Philly with a loss and walk away with just 1 point how do you feel about that?
    Jay: I disagree.
Reporter: Jay were parts of you built in an AI Tesla plant funded by Elon Musk?
    Jay: I disagree.
    Reporter: Thanks for this Jay.
    Jay: I disagree.

  11. Connor and Leon discovered they're not Motley Crüe during the all star break. They couldn't handle the non stop tequila shots with the babes on their beach party vacation.

  12. If it wasn't' for the Skinny, Vinny, and Kaney show the Oil would have lost this one. And why the f*** can't Holloway just score 1 goal? 1 goal…Lol. this dude just sucks. But Jay would disagree.

  13. Drai is weird, he seems sleepy, disinterested. Would be nice to see him try to lead sometime.

  14. Mf'ers 8-0-2 in their last ten and people are acting like the sky is falling. You don't win every single game, nobody's ever come close.

  15. I don’t know what the hell this coach is talking about the coach has no aggressive in his body He doesn’t like the players to play aggressive because when they play aggressive they win games and if he thinks The players played aggressive he better get his brain checked out this coach he’s not gonna take us anywhere the way he talks he’s a joke and he’s a joke i’m telling you fans he is a joke I can’t even Listen to him anymore

  16. Horrible effort last night. The one positive is that they've had back to back great games by both Soup and Stu. Very lucky to walk away with a point from this one….

  17. Ok, here's the good news. It takes a few days to detox the copious amounts of alcohol that McDavid and Draisaitl consumed during their beach and babes vacation break and they'll be as good as new.

  18. Why does this coach put out a player in OT that will not backcheck……..hello Leon?

  19. Some people either didn't see this or forgot about it, but draisaitl had a terrible game, that's no secret, but the thing I'm talking about is when the oilers were on an odd man rush, draisaitl makes the pass and it ends up right on the flyers stick, they go the other way, they get a odd man rush, they score. Draisaitl DID cost the game, in the beginning and the end, I'm not saying they should bench him and trade him away, he's a very hard working player, this is very evident by last year's playoffs, but I will note that something is wrong with draisaitls play recently, it's not like him to play like this. I just hate that if draisaitl didn't make that pass, skinner would've gotten a shutout in a game where he deserved a shutout.
