  1. Karlsson may actually be traded this deadline as opposed to the offseason…who would’ve that was possible at the start of the season. Chychrun most likely ends up in LA

  2. Guy has been coughing for a month straight. He got that Fauci Flu or what? Get him another booster ffs

  3. I'm still convinced the Zaitsev trade needs to be part of a package to bring Karlsson back to Ottawa. I think at this point San Jose would be perfectly content to eat a year and change of a bad contract if it got Karlsson off the books.

  4. The Oilers need a shutdown defenseman, not another puckmover. They have an excellent young puckmover in Bocuhard, but he gives away the puck too often. Find him a reliable partner that can cover for him.

  5. I’m surprised The Leafs not in for Chychrun considering Muzzin career is over

  6. He's going to Los Angeles Kings for Byfield and a AHL player plus 2 picks. Take it to the bank.

  7. Chychrun is going to either Sens or Sabres. I don't see Kings are parting ways with its NHL ready players with the likes of Turcotte and Bjornfot UNLESS Coyotes will have throw Vejmelka as part of the trade. Boston is a darkhorse on this trade. LA needs a goaltender; Copley has been phenomenal, but Kings need an insurance policy in case.

  8. 😁Erik Karlsson won't go anywhere. No team willing to take the risk. Maybe I'm wrong. Unless, there a team out there that desperately needs him. Blues traded Vladirmir Tarasenko to NY Rangers. I hope the L.A Kings would get Jakob Chychrun, but maybe the Yotes are asking too much for him.

  9. Not sure what the Oilers are thinking if they’re not in for Chychurn. They have needed a defensemen for a while and if they want to go all in and consider themselves a contender they need to improve both on D and in net. Now I wouldn’t be surprised if the Oilers make it to the conference final again because of how weak the Pacific is but I’m not sure they get beyond that without making the improvements they need.

  10. Surprised not surprised that they didn’t talk about how none of them saw Tarasenko going to NYR.
