I’m glad Mando’s family had enough advance notice to make it to Long Island for the game. It would have been a shame to miss a debut that incredible.

That was a heck of a debut, I was really impressed with his puckhandling and stickwork… one play he actually used his stick to strip the puck off Parise’s (I think?) stick. I bet the defenders appreciate his ability to corral and place the puck. Plus that blocker save in the shootout was bonkers good.
