    that first zibanejad goal is great. First rush against the rookie goalie and you fake the shot to see what he gives you; clearly opens his legs and mika slides it right through. He did this in the playoffs last year against raanta too. Love watching him play

    Canucks played better tonight. D is still out to lunch on mam om man. Young keeper will be NHL'er in a year or so,bring him up every month for a game or two.

    Shesty didn't have his A Game tonight but the big boys brought it & another 6 goal night….LGR! And looking forward to exacting out some payback on Edmonton on Friday Night, the Trouba Train is going to knock drasaitl into next week…. cannot wait

    Interesting choice of music when the Canucks score…. Don't You (Forget about Me) by Simple Minds. So I had to look up if Simple Minds was a Canadian band. Nope Scottish. Canucks should go all Canadian. Something by Rush. But I know Canadians have some "dipsy doodle" humor in them, I'd go with the opening music of Kids in the Hall. 🙂

    The easiest job on the Canucks must be in their playoff ticket marketing department. They don't even have to show up for work because there has been nothing to sell for the past decade!

    Had to watch this on YouTube. Aside from the game and the highlights, I had no idea whatsoever some of the characters from the classic TV show "Friends" liked the New York Rangers. I still like that TV show, my favorite TV show to watch, and "The Big Bang Theory," just to name a few. Still wish that Peter Griffin of "Family Guy" would have mentioned this as "one of the teams that suck," and Lois beats them up and sends them packing, me, I wouldn't say or do that, that wouldn't be nice, it would be rude, honestly 🙂.

    I live outside the US so I couldn't watch the game but I look at the stats at the end of the second period and the third, I have to say Rangers were outplayed in some major categories in the third. The face-off battle belonged to the Canucks by a mile away which led to the number of shot attempts in huge favor for Canucks. >10 shots for Canucks compared to < 6 shots for Rangers sth like that. What went wrong in the period? After the end of second, I first thought this one was going to be a blowout win for the Rangers. If they want to be successful in the playoffs, they have to win the third period battle more convincingly. Something they still lack.

    This was a bit sloppy on both sides, but the Blueshirts have been finding the net lately, and that made the difference here.

    Igor needs to start playing better already. I mean this is getting ridiculous now. Every game giving up 3 or more goals. Halak is playing better than him right now
