Last 3 shootout shooters were wrong
Just a horrid game from Campbell. And once again, none of our D can make the simplest of breakout passes and ice the puck over and over again, and then allow goals right off the faceoff. If Holland doesn't find a way to bring in Chychrun or Karlsson no 2nd round for this team. One defensive defenseman isn't going to suddenly convince the whole team to commit to defense, but a strong puck mover can at least help them actually break out of their zone. Just embarrassing to watch right now.

Should have out Kostin 3rd in shoot out. Draisaitl should have Been 5th in line tbh. Drai hasn’t been that good in shoot outs the last 5 shootouts this year. Hyman is known for going to the left backhands in shootouts. Too predictable at this point.

Classic story of to little to late. Coaches were just to slow to identify and adjust to the Wings , the flavor of the game was established early in the first period by the Wings,momentum could not be established constantly and consistently…. I digress that the Oilers had a good start, it was a stagnant start. the Oilers figured out how to dominate the Wings System as the game wore on, but ran out of time….get it ? Had they adjusted to the Wings System within the first 2-3 minutes and begun deconstructing them as I expected then it would have been a route maybe a 7-4 Oilers win. Soupy was watered down tonight. All the Players to a Man get an A+ with Nugey and Connor really stepping up to lead by example …but the Coaches get a C-. Rest recuperate then reset. Go Oilers!!!!

Didn't come out strong from the get go .. found legs too late in the 3rd but couldn't finish.. shootout isn't our Forte but what happ to 97 29 15 in OT they used to be unbeatable in OT it used to be automatic ..
I would’ve put Derek Ryan in the shoot out
