    Most of you forget Detroit was an incredible hockey team for over 20 years and they will return to elite soon.

    Campbell should’ve been yanked in the first period. Granted he had a couple saves later but he was weak overall. Defensively, they continue to falter, both the forwards and defence.

    The play on that first goal was so dodgy with the no look behind the back pass that could have lead to an Oilers breakaway but didn’t!

    Games like this hold me back from predicting much success for the Oilers. Yes "it's only one game" but we've seen a number of these poor performances this year. Also the announcer Jack Michaels sounds like a fan the way he starts screaming when they score or make a play.

    Puzzling!!!! How is it possible that Edmonton is only 11 games over .550?
    They got the top two point-getters in the entire NHL, 188 points.

    Why are our goalies always on their knees? If they stand up more they block more of the net. Every goal I see scored against them, I see them down on their knees.

    Soupy is not a second half of the season goalie, his confidence gets worse and worse after the all star game.

    4 goals on 14 shots for the Wings… How did Campbell made the NHL? His positionning's often bad and he has bad habits for how he moves. I understand confidence isnt at the top and is fragile due to the season he has but man… I just don't see a NHL goalie in him. Some collegial would've stop more than 10 pucks on those 14 shots.
