The only way I include Perfetti is if it's Meier and Karlsson with Pionk going out as well. Definitely see SJ asking but for Meier alone No way.
Dropping Perfetti is a terrible idea. Meier isn't that good! it won't be a positive gain. You have better insight than most! Very astute! Somebody like Connor McDavid… yes, he is good enough to drop the talent

Jets get an elite goal scorer for the playoffs then have to decide between pld and meier this summer. Sharks get picks and pretty decent prospects. Do the sharks need a bigger piece to accept? Lambert Chaz or perfetti?

Sharks fan here. You guys should imagine a more likely case of Meier staying long term. Sharks will get a higher return from a team he will be at long term, because he’s not a rental in that case.
So that’s why Grier will demand a top prospect, 1st round pick, etc. Every fan base in the mix right now wants Meier, but wants to protect their best couple prospects. That’s not how it’ll work out, especially if Meier will sign long term. I know selling the future can be scary, but he is a top line guy and could bring a lot to a team that is ready to make a run right now and in the next few years.

I would not trade Perfetti at all. It's like pissing into the wind. The guy is 21 years
old and likely will score around 50 points this year, and is in the hunt for the Calder,
and is financially great on an ELC. I would offer this for a "6 year presigned Meier",
at a reasonable contract cost. I would offer our first round pick, and one of Lambert,
Lucius, or McGroarty. Some say New Jersey has offered basically the same. If that's
the case I'd throw in a B prospect as well, someone like Heinola — don't think I'd give
up Samberg. There's a point where you have to walk away, and no where that point
is, and I think Chevy does. We can really use Meier, especially because Dubois will
likely be walking away in the not to distant future. Either the Jets, or the Devils will
get Meier.
Should add Lambert has been scoring like crazy for Seattle, getting 13 points in his
last 15 games, so I don't know if I'd offer Lambert. You do have to give to get tho,
and if the deal was right, I'd pull the trigger. I'm also OK with standing pat, and getting
some minor upgrades, until our prospects mature, which is coming very soon.
Call Anaheim….. Henrique can play all forward positions has an extra year on the deal. And Anaheim can retain 50% so he’s only 3 million.
Also is on pace for 30 goals 50+ points this season. Just give us your first keep all your prospects
