The only player left from this team is price, even though he isn’t technically playing. Crazy to see how the team has changed.

Cammalleri was my favorite off this team.

Ahh yes…the Centennial season, gives me good memories.

Paul Mara! Man If you asked me a minute ago, I could not have told you he ever played games with Montreal

I have a similar one but for the team Canada!

That playoff run was something special. I was so gutted after the Game 5 loss to Philly.

The year we lost Saku Koivu 😭😭😭

Was working in iraq at the time. I watched every game of the caps series with a national guard unit out of DC. I was a bit of a sore winner.

OMG yes the medallions. I remember waking up in the morning, go to the dépanneur and buy either The Gazette or the Journal de Montréal to get these. Crazy nostalgia indeed.

Some players that are still around the Habs in some capacity:
Latendresse & Lapierre (YT, Podcast & TVA Sport)
    Laraque (Podcast)
    Price (Under contract)
    Plekanec (Twitter)

  10. Pretty underrated, gritty team. Those days you could win some playoff series with a defensive minded, hard checking team playing in front of an all star goalie.

Habs legend Josh Gorges. Forever has my respect.

Gregory Stewart is almost like a Mandela effect LMAO. I almost can’t believe he existed/played for us. Like I remember Mara from ducks more than us but still remember him.

I want to see game 5 at the Pepsi Forum, when they had that resto bar open with the arcades and bowling.

I took my ex at the time. Not only did we get eliminated, but this little argument snowballed into her dumping me.

But hey, the Washington and Pittsburg series were magical so there’s at least that.
