  1. I couldn't be happier to be seeing Puis Sutter finally finding the back of the net. He's usually in the right spots and plays a very smart game. He gets open but usually has no puck luck, not until recently anyway. Keep it up kid! May the force be with you!

  2. Big move by Steve telling his players they are off the trading block track. They need to reward him with signing reasonable contracts.

  3. There is going to be some real character building the rest of the season. The players are being given the chance to prove themselves.

  4. I tried to say 3 hours ago that every player has been called and told, "you are going nowhere."

  5. The late start and that it was the end of the trip is why they lost. So tired and very late game

  6. I don't want Bert to leave for nothing. I'd rather him sign a contract. Sacrificing whatever we'd get for him when we aren't a cup contender is the wrong move in my mind.

On another note, they really need to win in Washington. That's a really big game.

  7. Hes probably off the block due to Yzerman doesnt like what the return would be in the offers.

  8. The effort Perron, Seider, and Bert put in to keep what would be a rather meaningless ENG out of the net spoke volumes about this team. Even on an off night they never gave up.

  9. I'm thinking David Savard from Montreal might be a good player to trade for. He's a righty and could put him on the 3rd pair with Chiarot. Making 3.5 the next 2 years, some of that could be retained by MTL. They have no right handed D prospects other than Tuomisto, they could use Lindstrom in the trade and Savard would be a big upgrade.

  10. Great show as always gentlemen. But two things I got to ask you, number 1, is there any news on Raymond yet? No one tells about him much at all and it makes me worry. And number 2, what is the point of calling back up Vrana if you just going to leave him a healthy scratch and not use him? He hasn't played once since being called up to me that's just wasting time and pushing him backwards cuz he's playing pretty dang good in Grand rapids then you recall him just to have him play at all makes absolutely no sense. Can you guys said any light on this? And is always stay frosty 🥶⛄🎄 😂

  11. you have to look at the bert situation as the same as wayne simmonds.

talented, tough, a guy you need for toughness.

but injuries are the issue, get picks

leafs would of gave you a couple 1st rounders be4 the rr trade

  12. reason to keep bert, your redwings have massive size on their team to beatdown the top teams in a playoff series…would love to see redwings make a run for the cup by beinng broad st bullies

  13. I don’t think that the wings’ playoff story and next Stanley cup run is going to come like St. Louis did a couple of years ago. It’s going to have to be done the way the wings do everything (the grind). It would be a mistake to trade Bert. That guy is the grit the team needs. I’ve watched Seider get much more aggressive since Bert has been back. Larkin’s confidence is up since Bert’s return. And Stevie is smart and ruthless enough to find the right people for the job. I think lalonde even sees Bert as a vital part of learning his “redwings coaching strategy.” If they somehow grab that wild card, it will light the fire again, and selling right now isn’t going to do anything for the identity and culture that lalonde talked about at the beginning of the season.
