He left the game having hurt his shoulder. I feel like this isn’t news. While I agree it’s not good… a sling would probably be used for precaution until tests anyway.

Man bad timing was hoping we trade him

One less guy stopping the (90% dead) tank at least

Hate to see any of our guys get hurt but silver lining – he can’t help us win games if he’s injured!

Honestly don’t want to trade him at this point. I heard Russ on the snow the goalie podcast saying they should deal him as it’s similar to the canucks moving Horvat except I don’t think anyone realizes that the Canucks have multiple other high end pieces to build around under 26. They have Peterson, Hughes, Boeser, Miller, Kuzemenko which made it easier to sell high on Horvat. Flyers do not have that and Konecny is still young enough to be in his prime in 4-5 years and on a cost controlled contract for his production. I think at this point you hold on to him.

Giana Han tweeted she “Saw Konecny walking out, no apparent limps, with Chuck Fletcher after the game.”

Pardon my ignorance, but why is Chuck there? Does the GM always travel with the team?

I saw Travis Konecny missing the left side of his torso

Looks like Bedard is back on the menu! In all seriousness, I hope he can return soon
