Hard to imagine either of these geriatric GM’s have the stones to put something like this together. Besides, Josi have a NTC, and EDM probably doesn’t have the cap space.
Well, I wouldn’t hate Soup as a bridge to Asky… and that’s a lot of first round picks even if they are all going to be late 20s. If Josi gets traded I’d like it to be for a likely higher pick in this years draft really but stacking up those first round picks is the way to do a rebuild.
No team can mortgage the future this hard. Not even Edmonton.
Josi isn’t allowed to leave. I’ll veto the trade and it would never go through.
I do believe i’d consider finding a new team. Nothing crazy, not a top team but a mid level team to put my last bit of hope into.
