First of all..the hiring of Chiarelli and McLellan, who dont have building a team expierence as they inherited their rosters..was a tremendous setback instead of moving on ahead.. And when they searched again..Ken Holland shouldve got a year or two..and Hitchcock, wasnt an influence ..barely.. Tippett shouldve been hired instead of ToddMcLellan and Dave could help the foundation out..then again, w/o TM, we may have not gained Jay Woodcroft..
