Huge game from Sammy. This game would have been a lot closer if he didn’t come up with some of the great saves that he did.

And man, Marner sure knows how to get the puck to a teammate to set up a goal or great chance, just an incredible passer and that was on display again tonight. Nice move from Keefe to get Matthews going by reuniting him and Marner.

Fuck, Samsonov is so impressive. This feels damn good.

    And legoooooooo AM34!!

  3. ArthasCousland

Samsonov as a whole has been very good this season.

  4. SpicyP43905

They beat us 5-1 last time, now the score got flipped

Also, Sammy didn’t get enough credit last game, let’s acknowledge him today

  5. Lord-Tachanka1922

    Mitchy is too good.

The guy elevates anyone he plays with. We genuinely have *possibly* the best playmaker in leafs history on our squad right now.

Man we need to make it past the first round.

Should we do a tail gate in a Swiss Chalet or Walmart parking lot? Seems like it’s already happening.

  7. Svalbard38

It seems like every night, somebody ties Doug Gilmour or Lanny McDonald or Norm Ullman at something. We’re watching one of the best Leafs teams there’s ever been.

  8. This team looks great. I wonder if they can add a 4th liner or D man but as constructed. This team is solid.

    1 Game sample size speaking;

Are willie and matthews a good fit on the same line rather than marner and matthews? I feel like having 2 finishers and bunting together isnt optimal, even with matthews taking the playmaker role on that line

  10. razorrimon87

Leafs win + ManU win= a good day.

  11. SomeOtherRandomHuman

Our top two scoring lines have been rolling since ROR joined the lineup.

Every single one of our top 6 has scored at least once, and most have scored two or more.

If we can keep our defensive game strong, this should be the deepest team we’ve taken a run with in the modern era.

  12. ElephantShell34

Nylander is playing well enough that Marner – Matthews is a luxury they can afford.

  13. TML-n64

Kerfoot gets a lot of shit but did anyone see him go down to block the shot with one second left even though we were winning 5-1? Kinda dope imo

  14. JRB2000

Slow start to the game, but then we were solid af. Great win. I’m hoping Dubas has a move or two left before the deadline.

  15. DarkAgeMonks

    60 games, 182 Power Plays. No 5-on-3’s

  16. Shooternow

Willy’s been great this year but Marner is probably the MVP of this team so far.

  17. TheCarrier89

I haven’t been as confident in our goaltending in a loooooong time as I am with Sammy in net.

  18. lilyisntokay

The answer to the question of Marner/Matthews or Marner/Tavares is simply that Mitch Marner is the best player on the leafs and where he is, goals come

  19. XPhazeX

Acciari was 9-1 on the dot lol.

    RoR 7-3

  20. 1columbia

Let’s fuck the Oilers up Wednesday.

  21. DownTownBrown28

Sammy saying Matty is nice guy and nice teammate is so cute

  22. Arebee936

    to all the matthews doomers

HE WASNT INVISIBLE TONIGHT WAS HE
