I thought I saw somewhere that the Kraken had the easiest schedule remaining. So that should benefit us. Of course, we let the Sharks pump us for 4 geno’s in their barn for an embarrassing showing so the easy schedule might not matter

We are on pace with Edmonton and LA.
In fact if we match their point totals with the games in hand we will actually be solidly in 2nd place as we would have more regulation wins.
Again this is all contingent on string some wins, but Kraken can **easily** take back second place in a matter of days.

Don’t worry, it’s a ruse to let Flames think they should be wasting draft capital in a move for reaching the playoffs, but when they do Kraken will put on the burners and leave them with their ashes. Wasted draft capital = future problems.

It’s crazy how many parallels there are to last year’s mariners season. There’s no Astros in the Pacific, but the circumstances feel so familiar. Outperforming expectations. Surreal win streak. Gone cold after the all star break. Easy strength of schedule the rest of the way. Looking like a contender at times, but with major consistency issues.
There’s plenty of time to get right. We’re still in good position, now we need to fix the trend.
