Maybe we don’t need Bedard if Kuzzy can keep scoring clutch goals. We just need to barely make the playoffs and then get goals in the final minute/OT

  2. Mikeywestside

Well wouldn’t you know it. That thing that we were all worried would happen, is indeed, happening.

At this point I’ve just accepted being a Canucks fan is agreeing to a lifetime of misery without even the slightest chance of a payoff, but hey, I’m still here, aren’t I?

  3. LukeSkywalker6409

I can’t wait for this team to go on a run and take themselves out of an opportunity to draft a potential superstar in the upcoming draft and pick 15th and then pretend that the team is close to being competitive.

  4. CanuckAddict94

Why does Kuzmenko not want to play with Bedard? Him and Petey throwing landmines in front of the tank

  5. MikaelDerp

Toronto tried their best to help the tank, but it just wasn’t good enough.

  6. julesieee

I like how the audiences rushed back to their seats with a sliver of hope only to be reminded that we won. I’d be fuming. 😂

  7. Blankyyz

Happy for demmer he played great for his first game back from injury

  8. SkidmarkDave

We’re so lucky to have Kuzmenko and Hughes and Pettersson. Congrats to Demko too.

Also props to the Dallas commentators. They were talking up Hughes and Kuzmenko big time

  9. TheOdiin

Vancouver has got 14 points in 14 games since the coaching change. They’re gonna pick up more with the easy schedule and Demko coming back, laughing at anyone who was in denial about any of that.

  10. marmite1234

I’m kind of team tank, but hard not to be happy for the guys getting the w

  11. I’m team tank but man, I love it when we go to OT, cause you know it’s a 85% chance kuz, Petey or miller have space to wire shots in.

  12. therocksays13

It’s impossible to catch up to these other teams. Chicago and San Jose just became worse off. Arizona is going to trade Chychrun. New teams entered the Bedard race with St. Louis and Nashville. This is typical fucking Canucks. Suck all year until the last few games, then fuck everything up.

Frustrating to see when other teams realize its time to rebuild and the Canucks still wont sell. Only traded Bo out of necessity.

  13. ProfessorOfLogic1

Someone post a video of demko with a mask bong NOW

  14. MaxHardwood

St. Louis, we’re coming for you!

There should be a trophy for best of the worst. Wouldn’t that be fun? Sure, no superstar for the team in the draft, but what about the feelings? Feeling good about ending the season on a high note is in fact very cool!

  15. Ah fuck we’re probably beating the Wild, Preds and Ducks.

  16. zeromadcowz

Fans having to come back to seats because they took the goal off the jumbrotron made the 2 points palatable.

  17. mmavcanuck

I can only assume Kuzmenko keeps doing this because he wants to play with Matvei Michkov.

  18. Couchfighter22

I thought we were going to get all the way through Free Bird before that review was over.

  19. Overall-Bottle6213

Beau with those 3 points. Imagine if he became like a 0.8 ppg player.

  20. samuelmeirels

Disappointed, never good enough for anything

  21. JTMilleriswortha1st

im Team Tank but hey whatever it’s good to see Kuzy scoring

  22. How the actual fuck is Jamie Benn 1st star?

  23. The_Forsaken_Viola

Glad Demko had a good game back. Obviously not back to 100%, but that will come with playing more games through the final 22

  24. Salmon_Slayer1

As a tank commander I am disappointed with this win, but …K’s goal was nice!

  25. ragger_lord

I don’t get everyone so upset at us failing to track.

Like we’re still selling players at the deadline, and the only reason we’re winning is because we have awesome young players.

We’re not gonna out tank Chi because our 1C is petey, theirs is who??? The ghost of Toews?

  26. joeyandkuma

i like Garlands effort level lately. I saw also he had a 93MPH shot today did he switch to a longer normal sized stick?

  27. BakaNano

all they should do is lose, and they end up winning. disappointing.

  28. TechnicalTaco06V7

Don’t get me wrong, I am all aboard the tank train, but I just gotta point out how hilariously jaded this fanbase is.

We can’t win the right way. We can’t lose the right way.

I feel like if we ever win a cup the narrative here will be « but we didn’t win at home » or « but it took 7 games. »

This fanbase thrives on buts. But not the kind of butts we should.

  29. Largebargecharge

    Beauvillier and Kuzmenko are beauties

  30. julesieee

Did any Rangers fans watch our game for Krastov?

    👀

  31. Spinellii11

It’s not the players fault. Except for some of them, where was this when it mattered for the team? For BB? Guys are playing for jobs now.

If we go on a winning streak and end up just outside the playoff line (seen this too many times), it’s ownership and management’s fault for not getting rid of more players.

I’m a die hard and I’m sick of the cycle of mediocrity.

  32. B9RV2WUN

They need to go back to the simple offside. These reviews just suck and take the joy out of the game. Glad for the win but not for the 5 minute review.

  33. Initial-Ad-5462

That review for possible offside on the winning goal shouldn’t have taken more than 30 seconds.

  34. GangreneMachine

Dude we should totally try to flip Beauvilier for a late 1st, he’s been red hot. Sell high.

  35. GangreneMachine

    Honestly….yes we should be tanking.

However. This season has been fucking miserable. And it’s nice to think that maybe…just maybe…next season will actually be a significant improvement.

  36. Shaftell

Losses are great but you can’t tell professional athletes to stop trying. I think management is doing what they can to weaken the roster but the team keeps winning. Something similar is happening in the NBA with the Utah Jazz, where management has completely gutted the roster yet they still have a respectable record. I personally watch now to see the young guys play and have accepted we will probably pick around 9-10.

  37. Xxkillingmonkey

Couldnt catch the game, how did demko play?
