Sigh. I will miss Korpisalo so much. He never really got the contract or opportunities he deserved here, and I think Jarmo will look back and see that giving Elvis that contract over Korpi was a mistake, but we don’t have much of a choice with Tarasov and Elvis’ contracts being what they are

My guess is that it’s Gavrikov and Korpi to Edmonton. Hopeful for a decent return. Holland definitely feels the pressure to make a move and I think this would be easiest (compared to getting Ekholm or Chychrun).

Seems like just yesterday we all thought Forsberg would end up being Bob’s backup and Korpi was an afterthought with Dansk in the pipeline. It was fun watching him develop. I hope he has success wherever he goes!
