Paul Maurice maintained he doesn’t expect the Panthers to be sellers at the Trade Deadline.
He mentioned return of Anthony Duclair as being like adding a 30-goal scorer and added he hopes to get his top two centers back for Pittsburgh game Saturday.

They need to pay another team to take Maurice
What’s wrong with Barkov and Bennett?

Something makes me think Zito is just waiting until the off-season when a lot of money comes off the books and we can actually attempt to make some moves. He might just be riding the wave that is this fairly disappointing season and waiting to pick up the pieces when it’s over.
We have 0 assets right now and there’s no way he’s okay with what he’s seeing this season. And if he is? Then we’re in a bigger load of trouble than we realize. And I don’t see Maurice going anywhere until off-season at the earliest unfortunately, if he even is fired, so all we can look forward to right now is possible roster moves.
I was hoping zito would just trade for a luke schenn type dman to replace staal 🙁 only costed the leafs a 3rd rounder and that would’ve been a huge upgrade for panthers
What I’ve learned is whatever he says think the opposite – we’ll be selling everyone! Jkjk hopefully we do just lay low for now. A full healthy team might be able to scrape into the post season with what we got. Only big addition I’d like is a Staal D replacement
I”m getting Deja Vu from the Heat season lol
