The islanders don’t have enough depth at all when ur calling up guys from the AHL who are playing there first game in the NHL as a depth pieces that’s how u know u need depth nhl guys good trade by the isles

Leaf Nation got tired of Engvall long time ago, almost as much as Justin Holl. A guy with his size, who plays like he's afraid of getting hit, let alone make a hit does not sit well with Leaf fans. His hands of stone did not help matters. Everyone was shocked when he got 2.2M/yr. Pending UFA, no doubt Dubas was not going to re-sign him, so get something for him while you can. It also releases salary for cap space to activate Matt Murray off the LTIR. As Ricky from Trailer Park Boys says "Kill 2 stones with one bird".

I want the Leafs to trade Justin Holl to the Edmonton Oilers for Connor McDavid plus the Oilers 2024 first rounder plus their 2025 3rd round draft pick while the Oilers retain 75% of McDavid's salary. Kyle, Just pick up the damn phone, ply the Oilers GM with some cheap imported moderately priced booze and get it done already!

plays like he's 5'6" and not 6'5" not a reliable bottom six guy… his style of play is better suited in a top 6 spot with a checker on the other wing to compensate
