LET KENT COOK
Cmon Kent
Trade?
Haha hilarious. I’m picturing a weekend at Bernie’s scenario right now. Just trying to patch him up enough to get through warm ups. See we told you he’s perfectly healthy
Please not health related reasons
To Chicago or Columbus for first round 2023 draft pick would be nice.
« oh you want to trade me? Well I guess I’m feeling a sickness coming » — Eddy, probably
At this point I expect him to play half a game before he gets shut down for the season
I would not want to play poker against Kent! The man is full of mystique. Let’s get that 1st+++!!!
How’s he downgraded if it was never said he was going to play? Lol
Edmundson + 4th for Ehlers pls.
Just put him in and if he gets traded pull a cammalleri
Can we trade him with conditional health?
If his back is not injured in the playoff we get a first?
Why are we trading Edmundson again? He still has another year on his contract which means we can just trade him at the draft or at next years trade deadline.
No reason to ship him off to Tampa for their scraps – hold onto him for now
That’s such a weird situation if you’re Eddy, like if you don’t want to be traded, all you gotta do is say your back still hurts but you want to help your team but you know that if you play it might be your last as a hab
If he goes he goes (in a russian accent). On a more serious note, I might shed a small tear thinking that our D core of the most magical cup run of my lifetime (I was too young to remember 93…) is completly gone.
Too late to trade him at this point. Too uncertain, we won’t get anything near by a 1st round pick. Let’s trade him this Summer or next trade deadline. If he is healthy, we will get a 1st.
Unless we can get something interesting and significant, you keep Eddy, play him next year and trade him at the next trade deadline. He’s much more useful as a vet for our young guns than for other teams’ scraps, and playing him next year can bolster his value anew.
