    Another day another loss

  2. CaptinDerpI

    Another game, another loss

    At least Markstrom played well?

  3. cjRuckie

So. What are the excuses for tonight?

  4. imneverrelevantman

We can’t lose in overtime if we don’t go to overtime.

  5. MissionIncredible

Jarnkrok with the GWG has me sick to my stomach

  6. JackieMoon919

Well that’s our season summed up yet again for ya, Marky actually plays outstanding and we can only score 1 goal on a third string goalie. Kill me

  7. CorrosionRF

Markstrom goes for the fucking vezina and we give him nothing.

  8. shichibukai3000

KINGS OF THE ONE GOAL LOSS. WE’RE NUMBER ONE

  9. TheAnimal89

Looking like we’re gonna have a new gm this summer

  10. yeastneast

I’ll admit, as a recent proponent of the “flames just need average goaltending to be successful” narrative this game did show that we need a sniper quite badly. Just not sure how we get one other than coronato…

  11. Iginlas_4head_Crease

Man, if only the poor flames didn’t keep running into vezina performances! Today they ran into the unstoppable..*checks notes* Joe woll..

  12. ShaneYeomans

Marky finally gives an all around great game and the boys can’t finish a chance to save their lives.

  13. GrafNebelgeist

    We obviously need Joel Edmunson.

Team is just not good enough. The forward group is no match for the elite teams of the league. We have no game breaking talent to go anywhere. Simple as that.

  14. NameIsPetey

I hope the Flames did enough to convince Brad to sell.

  15. Suzaku94

Marky looked great, still love pelts, closer to a better draft pick?

  16. Accomplished_Skin_22

Sell some assets, retool over the off-season, and try again next year. If next year’s a failure then blow it up.

Please sell off Toffoli. Get that 1st round pick Brad

  17. ADFanatic

Can someone tell me why Marky wasn’t pulled with 2 mins left and leafs pinned in their own zone?

  18. MonkeySailor

Welp, that’s the season. Time for some much needed change.

  19. CanadianRockx

    Outshoot other team, lose

    Get outshot, lose

Y’know, I’m beginning to think this team might have a problem

  20. sheaboy98

could barely get Markstrom off the ice given how terrible we were in their zone

  21. Coach_GordonBombay

Damn. Sutter was wrong about that 21 game streak 🤨

  22. FatLouieXVI

Relax guys. It was the second half of a back to back.

  23. Monahan88

Am I crazy or has this man on man coverage in the D zone been getting exposed lately? Guys are getting crossed up way too often which is leaving guys wide open

  24. mceuans

Marky plays great.. the guys in front of him all asleep. Fuck this bullshit.

  25. Type-OHondo

I’m actually relieved that we lost this in regulation.

  26. shichibukai3000

At least Gio doesn’t have to put up with this trainwreck

  27. Steve78293

If Brad doesn’t sell he’s a fucking moron this team has no top tier talent. Not gonna win

  28. tristan1616

As long as Lindholm is still a Flame when I wake up tomorrow, then I’ll be satisfied. I just don’t care anymore

  29. KaRnAgEGiLL

The Flames are 2-2-1 when Marky puts up a .930+

  30. scuzzwadd

To the true fans in this sub who tune in every night to watch us lose🎖️

  31. Watch us go on a run in the last 10 games so that we miss the playoffs by 2 points and also miss out on a top 10 pick

  32. Defiant-Gap-7595

Nashville just sold their team and they’re gonna finish ahead of us 😂

  33. asdf123lb

Does anyone else just get really irked at the Leafs fans? They just come in and walk all over us. Screeching middle-aged woman behind us that wouldn’t shut up about the Leafs all night.

  34. BoBonnor

Great hustle there from lucic with 4 minutes left. Stood there watching the puck for 10 seconds and not once did he try to poke at it

  35. Longjumping-Limit827

Why am I so upset? Oh I don’t know maybe cause I’m from Calgary and the only culture I’ve known is alcohol abuse and watching hockey. This is fine.

  36. Appropriate_Shape833

The biggest problem I see is that there are no defenseman to skate the puck up the ice. This is where not having Kylington hurts us. The Flames defenseman keep circling back allowing the other team to forecheck and cause turnovers. How many odd man rushes up the neutral zone have the Flames.done this season? Very few, I wager.

  37. FutureVikingr

Losing sucks for sure but on the upside I am completely stoked about Pelletier, I watched him closely all game and he is so sharp out there, no mistakes, always makes the right play, never forces anything and he’s so calm with the puck. His energy gives me energy and I’m excited for what he brings in the future.
