This is the right call on all fronts. Lines definitely need to stay the same. First line is killing it, so that’s easy. Second line needs time to gel, it’s good for Timo to have some stability while learning the system.
I also like starting Vitek today. Schmid was probably always going to play one of these Tampa games, so no need to mess with Vitek’s confidence. If he kills it, let him start again on Thursday. If not, maybe Schmid gets a crack at it.
Need a big game from Vitek.
