We might just not have the X factor this season, but there’s still part of me that thinks if we could get some continuity across the lineup, we could still go deep in the playoffs. There’s enough talent on the roster.
I’m just gonna say that the Kings got super lucky tonight. There were a few goals that I attribute more to luck than being good. They locked fairly evenly matched in the 1st and 2nd (especially in the 2nd). But we got bit by the luck bug and missed out

The team was obviously not mentally ready to play tonight, and it showed. Nobody had a good game. This is another one that the Avs threw away. Completely unacceptable.
Everybody talks shit on Sammy G, but what’s the deal with Bo always passing to nobody? The last few games I’ve seen him botch quite a few passes to his D partner in our own zone that have caused turn overs and lead to scoring chances. I’ve also noticed him blowing some easy passes in the offensive zone as well. I’m aware that he’s still better than most, but some of the plays just blow my mind. They’re like the plays I make in drop-in and then have to skate back to the goalie and apologize
