  1. This is Sean Avery level garbage. Too bad Shaw didn’t end his career when he got a suspension for kneeing him 12/22/22.

  2. Unnecessary behavior for a plug player on a sub 20 win team in March. At least when that punk Sean Avery did something similar it was funny and under actually meaningful circumstances. Svechnikov can only day dream about scoring goals on a goaltender as accomplished as Fleury.

  3. svechnikov is lucky billy smith or ron hextal wasnt in nets, cause he would be out with a broken ankle at a minimum after pulling shit like that. also, dudes lucky foligno didnt get a good go at him, or reaves.

  4. as a former first team houseleague defenseman i would lay out that guy out every shift i ever play against him again regardkess of anything else going on in the game, foligno completely losing it is the only acceptable hockey response here.

  5. Good for Svech, goalies need to learn not to engage, they aren't skaters; stop trying to get players away from the crease when they are looking to intercept a pass

  6. That's not trolling. It's provoking/annoying. Trolling would be something like stealing his water bottle so when he reaches for it it's not there. Not for the sake of getting the bottle, but to make him salty. This is just being rude.

  7. i think its patronizing to act like every goalie is 5 years old. players do this to other players all the time and never gets called but oh its a goalie we gotta call a penalty.

  8. Look at Evason while all that was going on… “Fuuuuck,” he says as he shakes his head in disbelief. 😂👍🏼

Love, love, love how Marcus came flying in to defend his goalie! To me, that’s the best part of hockey… how teammates stand up for one another.

I was disappointed, however, that Reaves didn’t seek out Svechnikov once the two of them were on the ice together. Ryan and Marc-Andre have a long history with one another; all the more reason why Ryan should have had his friend’s back.

  9. You missed the best part where the San Jose commentators view the “nasty punch” Foligno through which turned out to be like 10 feet away from the guy

  10. This league is so fucking soft. Refs need to let him get what he deserves, and
stop bear hugging guys and separating them
