I hate trouba being on the first line. Just doesn’t seem like he can handle it. I feel like he plays very sloppy and loose and he needs to be on the second line not playing against the best players on the other team

This team hasn’t been playing well for like 2-3 weeks now. NOW is where we need to see them wake up. Win tonight and burry the Caps. And take care of the Pens next. The time to wake up is NOW.
This is a big game for the boys. If they are the cup contending team they look like on paper they should bury this caps team. It’s time to start playing good hockey and staying consistent into playoffs.
The last time I thought this team truly played a good game throughout was the one against the Canes. It’s been progressively bad since. Hope they start turning things around, we’re heading into a tough stretch of games. LGR!!

We’ve played 2 of the 5 or so worst games we’ve played all season against the caps. It’s time to come out with a huge effort and win a game we absolutely should win. If we look flat and slow and soft again tonight it’ll be a huge red flag in my opinion.

It looks like Svechnikov is probably done for the year, possible ACL tear. Hate to see that happen to anyone, and I actually like the kid (as much as you can a divisional rival lol). That said, Canes fans are understandably panicking since he’s a key part of their group. This could help us a bit in both standings and playoffs if they start to fall off without him. I just hope to god that we stay healthy. Tough stretch of games coming up so the hard work absolutely needs to start tonight

With the Rangers virtually locked in to making the playoffs, I think I’m more invested at this point in watching hockey to root for the Penguins to miss the postseason.
