We are 4-11 in extra time

    Fuck this shit dude

  2. abrandnewsharpie

Hey Alexa, play Pathétique by Beethoven

  3. Comfortable-Ad-7158

OT Is 3 on 3.. why do we keep playing it like it’s 1 on 3?

  4. FatLouieXVI

I didn’t realize the Coyotes were such a good team!

  5. GooseDevito

Can they just lose the rest of them so that I can stop getting my hopes up

  6. WesternExpress

That OTL in a season record has no chance with the 22-23 Flames on the case!

  7. GrafNebelgeist

Lose to the Ducks, then lose to the Yotes when in desperation time of the season.

    This team is done

  8. OlympicMuffins

Terrible pinch by Pelts in OT, can’t be making mistakes like that in games like this.

  9. Beans_Daily

I’m happy they fought back. Got one, but damn man…

  10. Defiant-Gap-7595

Don’t worry y’all we got the easiest finishing schedule

  11. So hard to care about this bunch of clowns

  12. MissionIncredible

How many OT losses to clinch a playoff spot?

    Asking for a friend…

  13. dadbodthor19

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (sadly)

  14. natenicholson

Nazem Kadri is looking like the worst contract in the NHL right now

  15. Salticracker

Why can’t we beat bad teams?

  16. canadadrinks2020

I cannot fathom how Sutter has not yet been canned. High shot volume, low expected goals. OT catastrophe every single time. PowerPlay that is anything but powerful. 4th line on with 3 mins left in a must win game. These are direct reflections of the coaching staff and he is failing in all of these. I’m sure there’s more, but it’s laughable that he’s not back on the farm by now.

  17. circusbeaver

Any team that loses to Anaheim and Arizona in clutch time simply doesn’t deserve to be in the playoffs. They are what they are.

  18. super6646

The good news – it looks like we won’t be getting 9th in the conference!

The bad news – it looks like we’ll be getting 10th! So no good draft pick and we are mediocre!

This is worse than glue gun hockey. Still 0 comeback wins when trailing in the third this year. Pathetic

  19. JayTalk

Another 1 goal loss. We’ve already set a league record on that, lets break the most OT losses in a season record too.

  20. _sunburn

Also sure could use a smooth skating Dman like Valimaki there eh?

    thanks Darryl

  21. luluwtac

its starting to feel like the OT group is chosen by pulling names out of a fucking hat

  22. SupahPlaya

Kadri sold. Also, I never want to see Kadri with Huberdeau EVER AGAIN. Huberdeau would be so much better with Lindy and Pelts/Toff. I mean Kadri can’t shoot one timers and just that almost GWG from Lindholm off Huby pass shows it can work. Sutter has lost it with his lines. Also, Lucic, gone, now.

  23. national-rdc

“Easiest” strength of schedule remaining. Except when you consistently lose to every basement team.

  24. YourMomIsMyOtherCar

Let’s go. Fucking let’s go. Big loss boys. Big loss.

  25. AA_1434

Could’ve been 4 points behind the jets with a win,
Same old Flames showed up 15th overall here we come!!

  26. Cautious-Weakness-54

It’s been fun, but I can’t watch anymore. That was the nail in the coffin – see you all next year, honestly looking forward to the hope it’ll bring!

  27. thuglife_7

You know when is a great time to pinch?? In 3v3 OT! I don’t know why we don’t do it more often! Pelts with a big brain move to completely abandon his man. This team is cooked. See you all next year. For my mental health, I’m not watching the flames for the rest of the season.

  28. Local-Duck-9084

Stop going to games to send a message. The way this franchise is ran is straight up toxic from Murray Edwards and him hiring his buddy Sutter.

  29. Medical-Proof-5423

Kadri is still gazing at the banner in Denver

  30. _sunburn

    Our OT strategy is basically:
-one guy going YOLO 1v3 into the zone

-either gets off a weak ass shot or the puck just gets straight up deflected

-the other team comes back with a clean 2v1

-marky tries to be cute after a (massive) save to get the puck up

-marky whiffs and the other team scores

I wish I’m joking but it literally has happened every time

  31. abrandnewsharpie

This entire organization needs an overhaul

  32. flyin_italian

This is just not fun hockey.

I sincerely hope management is looking into how to make a better Calgary Flames next year, cause dang…I would not enjoy another year of this.

  33. Harby82

Not sure it even matters. If Nashville wins these games at hand, no one can catch them.

  34. laboufe

I knew we were fucked as soon as i saw mangiapane on the ice in OT

  35. mustangcoy

I am fully on board the fire Darryl train. Get in a breath of fresh air and try again next season.

  36. That valimaki guy looked pretty good…

  37. Harby82

I honestly don’t think this team is good for my mental health. I’m stressed at work all day, I come home and I’m angry all fucking night with this clown show. I honestly wish I didn’t give a fuck, but I don’t know how to stop giving a fuck.
