    Despite being injured and playing horribly the first few periods I thought the no quit attitude was a positive. Rags should’ve been able to cave us in with our lineup if they’re really a contender.

    The reality of it is that with the injuries surmounting throughout the season, guys aging out, some players not pulling their weight, questionable coaching, and the lack of endurance for 60 min… the result of trying to get a winning season together (let alone a playoff run) is always going to be a struggle. But the thing that’s so agitating is that this team can compete with the best out there.
    If the Caps really want to get Ovi another cup, they’re really going to make acquisitions in the off-season. Preferably another top forward or two.
