    Just need to try and move some of these guys from some draft assets, hopefully the Flyers drop far enough in the standings where they can get lucky and win the no.1 pick (wishful thinking) since Matvei Michkov is apparently staying in Russia for 2yrs, maybe he'll drop some, if he does and is available when the Flyers pick they better grab him. Before reports of him staying in Russia came out, he was projected top 3.

    The problem was comcast and not having HOCKEY people in charge instead of corporate business capitalists in charge.
    This has been a long time coming.
    Time to demolish this Flyers empire and rebuild it from the ground up.
    Firing Fletcher was the first step.
    I'm not gonna dance on Fletcher's grave cuz Fletcher was a symptom of a way bigger problem.
    I will dance on all their graves after corporate comcast cronies are OUT.

    Little context Brodes. And before I begin, I wanna thank you for getting hockey coverage back on 97.5 although it's still not enough but I'll take it. Now Danny Breire, 2011 Before Snider got sick they brought Danny in and Mr. Snider saw something in him and proposed sending him to Univ of Pennsylvania Warton school of business to 1 day run the Flyers and capture & extend Mr Snider legacy. A bridge to the new player and changing NHL. Danny accepted and wheels began to flip. Breire has spent the last 9 years training within all aspects of hockey under Comcast and flyers tutlidge and here we are. These fans who are complaining about same ole flyers way. No. As Sanfillippo wrote yesterday the old heads are not happy they were ignored cause Danny never fit in w them. He stayed away from them. Learned what he wanted on his own cause he knew Mr. Snider told him. So to those fans that think this is going to be same flyers w Clarke Homer Lombardi Barber there wrong!! This is start of new day.

    EAT…..SLEEP……NO CUP……REPEAT. Cannot wait for the 50th Anniversary celebration of the Cup Drought. This is simply Karma catching up with the Flyers for winning a couple Cups with that bunch of criminals playing Thug Hockey back in the 70's.

    Here's hoping they can catch up with the Chicago Cubs.

    Fletcher deserved to get fıred, But to blame hım for thıs mess ıs an oversımplıfıcatıon, He dıdnt deserve to ınherıt the worst defensıve paırıngs that anyone has seen sınce the ınaugural season of the Washıngton Caps. Provorov ıs a smooth skater but clealry ıs no where near a shut down D guy, Frankly he ıs only valuable ıf he has possessıon of the puck, DeAngelo has proven many tımes that he ıs a foreıgner ın the D Zone, Sanheım ıs overmatched at thıs level, And Rısttolaınen wıth the Flyers ıs the worst NHL Defenceman sınce Rıstolaınen wıth the Sabres, The Flyer problems go back pretty far – they certaınly precede Chuck

    CF saying he used a really cool App to figure out a JVR trade was something out of a movie. Just wild. 76ers Phillies Flyers all have 1 common thing. There drafting has been abysmal for the most part for decades

    I haven't watched a Flyers game in over 2 years. I don't miss it. I'll read up on them every now and then. I think Fletch was clueless. He made just enough moves to make it extremely difficult to be in a position for the Flyers to draft Bedard (an alleged generational player). If you look at the teams that are winning cups these days, there's typically a pattern. They're horrible for a number of years while they pile up high draft picks. Usually a couple no 1's and a handful in the top 10. That ends up being the core of the team. Fletch was always going to keep them drafting in the 7-12 range, keeping the Flyers in a state of perpetual mediocrity. He handed out draft picks like they're M&M's setting back the Flyers for years.
