1. Sens fan here, yes the refs screwed up but !!! Every hockey player knows you play till the whistle, no excuses. Mads should have kept his blocker on the puck till the whistle !!

  2. Come on let’s throw these refs out!! I’m livid but I’m still telling everyone the by’s are making the playoffs this year it just hasn’t happened yet !!

  3. I blame Sogaard on that play. Yes, maybe an icing should of been called but him letting go of the puck before the whistle is inexcusable. He is young and inexperienced,
bottom line you don’t let go of the puck until you hear the whistle. Refs cannot go back on decisions on when they should have blown the whistle or not, otherwise it would be complete chaos with teams complaining about when the play should be dead or not. Mando should have had more starts, Sogaard has loss his confidence right now. But we all know how DJ thinks.

  4. That weird non icing and no whistle was dumb and everything, but just how they preceded to call the third after that was what really pissed me off. How are you going to call an embellishment on Giroux there? I wonder if they were upset about all the deserved ref u suck chants?

  5. I think the Sens need to get rid of Talbot and even maybe Fosrberg in the off season and get a good experienced and stable goalie. They are to prone to injuries. Sogaard and Mando are the future goalies but I don't know if they will be up to the task for next season. You can't make a playoff run without outstanding goaltending.

  6. I have said this many times before about the PP. Stick with what works period! Last December we had the hottest PP in the NHL averaging almost 2 goals per game with G, Chabby, Braddy, Bath and Cat. It was the talk of the NHL remember? We all understand that Stuz is our best player but sometimes chemistry needs to take priority. Have Stuz, Pinto, Sanderson, Chyk, Brass (or other) on the 2nd PP and give them each equal 1 minute time. Who cares if its PP1 or 2 if you divide the minutes. What matters is that we score on the PP and win games and what we had in December with the above did just that. But DJ with is so call hockey IQ could not see that but a few of us did back then per the comments. Bottom line, these players are paid millions, this is therefore a business. There are no excuses as to why we are not better. With the roster we have, we should be in a solid wildcard spot right now not chasing one. Our disastrous start and 11 game losing streak killed us. Many of us said it at the time and called for a coaching change but no we had to give DJ more time because he his such a nice guy. Well he his, a great talker at that but the production is not there. Six years without the payoffs, an accomplished and lengthy rebuild, we should be higher in the standings.

  7. Something people ARENT talking about: MacKinnon was engaging with Chucky FROM THE BENCH. That’s a huge no-no. Shoulda been two a piece to Tkachuk and Nichushkin, and MacKinnon shoulda had at least two for interfering with the game when he was on the bench.

  8. Sens fans in October: Chabot is the only good defenseman on the team. I guess Zub is good, too.
Sens fans in March: Chabot is only the third best defenseman on the team.

  9. DJs post game "We worked hard" lines are really starting to get old. Just like the old couch talking about not needing practice
I've never been a big fire DJ guy but I'm starting to wonder abit

  10. "6 protein shakes a day" 💪🏋‍♂ 😂😂😂
    Happy Birthday Pillzy!
    Great show, Lads!
    JAKE SANDERSON IS ALREADY GREAT!

  11. Proud to be apart of all the cheers when the refs iced it. Tough to lose like that, but the building was buzzing!

  12. Refs brutal? Yeah. Sens gave up another 5 piece? Also yes. Can't win games giving up that many goals against.

  13. Even after a game like that I still hate blaming refs for a loss. You can't continue to let in 4+ goals every game and expect to win. The whole team needs to step up and especially the goalies. I dont care what Chucky says, they're letting in at least one soft goal per game and aren't helping right now. Thought PD should have got a goalie at the deadline and it's proving to be right as its failing the team right now.

  14. And on the "icing" yeah it sucks but you play whistle to whistle for reasons exactly like this

  15. DJ showed he has no emotion, no passion…. sticks would have been flying, garbage cans would have been kicked across the room, hockey stick piles would have been all over the floor…. If I was coach….
