Oddly satisfying game, fittingly capped by a shootout winner that was a lazy, low-energy stroll through the crease delivered by Miller in his best *Who gives a shit?* fashion…

  2. Batsinvic888

    Fucking hilarious win.

Vancouver Demko 3 – 2 LA Kings (SO)

  3. Amish_Space_Farmer

    Kings got Bubble Demko’d

  4. mysqldba

we won because of Demko. That’s all

  5. Kefka319

Halfway through the 3rd I just had that feeling we’d pull a win out of our ass.

Bad for the tank but I love Demko

  6. De_Floppss

On teh bright side, Demko is back to form

  7. TeodinMW

Please have anyone else play goalie.

  8. its_the_luge

Tough night for the tank but fuck the kings

  9. Treks86

If Elias Pettersson models his game after Paul Stastny

and Paul Stastny is sick, dude

then it stands to reason that Elias Pettersson is in fact sick, dude

  10. I fuckin’ knew we would win that when we came into the 3rd with six shots but it was only 2-1. Demko is back to his usual self.

  11. julesieee

Myers biggest impact in this game is not being in this game.

  12. -GregTheGreat-

Demko truly being back in form is better for the Canucks long-term then a slightly higher draft pick.

  13. jackfrench9

Imagine if Delia was in net tonight

  14. We had no right winning that game. Stolen by Demko.

  15. stepharee

Why take lot shots when few shots do trick?

  16. Canucks_Attack

Good teams find ways to win.

  17. This 6-1 stretch seems to be anti-tank.

    Probably gonna win tomorrow too.

  18. CamaroGirl96

Wonder what Kings fans are thinking right now. If I was them I’d be so pissed lol

  19. Can never be upset at Demko doing Demko things to any of the Socal or Vegas teams.

I see #4 potential with Juulsen. He’s a great skating rhd with a lot of potential. resign him! He is Impressing me more every game, I think he best of all the recent ahl call ups

  21. Intersteller-2002

I like how Hughes doesn’t dump the puck down when the other players are changing and he regroups in his own zone before breaking out in a rush after the change is complete.

  22. bobwong128

Just a reminder that some people actually wanted demko gone lol

  23. oldbabine

Canucks shootout trio is high end

  24. hawkey_tawk

What is the Canucks record against LA since Doughty made his “team like that” comment?

  25. DavieStBaconStan

Canucks on a run for 90 points and 5 points short of the last wild card position. They end up picking 17th overall.

  26. WasabiChimChim

God do I hate reading comments on the « Canucks Win » IG posts. It’s always brain dead takes from casuals

  27. International_Pen478

I caught the third and was ready to start singing some praises for Myers. No hilarious terrible highlight goals against but then I realized, he wasn’t in tonight??

  28. Anyone remember early this year when people were saying Demko was done and Martin was better?

  29. green-gazelle

Demko absolutely robbed LA. If he’d been healthy all year I think they’d have made the playoffs.
