Props to Chicago for 3 in 5, Pittsburgh for 3 in 8 and Detroit for 4 in 11.

In 30 years only 15 different teams won the cup
larue555
Forgot about the Wings going back to back in the 90s. They were so fun to watch.
SheSaidMoreSnow
I love these games. Every time the avalanche won, Detroit won the following year. So obviously question mark is Detroit.
Canadian--
Ok, the cup was not won in 99. It was awarded to the Stars, big difference.
ConstantProblem5872
Wow wings are the winningest team in the past 3 decades i didn’t know that
pangaea1972
Is this year’s cup winner on this list?

4 bitches, go wings!

Would be nice to see a Canadian Team win it… but with how Boston is playing, I see the Leafs exit in the first round… again.
Hockey_74JS
How did the Blues go from winning the Stanley Cup just 4 years ago to being a struggling team this season? Like what happened? I would think that a lot of the same vets would still be with the team, but perhaps not
jdwazzu61
One more year and no Canadian teams will be on this graphic

That Blues win really was something. Practice fight to Cup.

Hate that the 2004 TB logo is different

puttzzznnnbluntzzz
Wings ain’t been relevant in damn near a decade still holding down the top spot.i wish ‘17 was a preds logo.
OhSoThatsHowItIs
My poor rangers haven’t won since 94, LGR I’m feeling lucky this post season. That loss to the kings in the final still stings
Crazyscape
Well knowing avalanche luck we’re out till the next decade
Tako-Jerome
sad we never got pens Blackhawks at the height of both their power.
SoberToDeath2
Remarkable that a Canadian team hasn’t won since ’93

Also, a list of teams that don’t deserve to draft Bedard.

Best team in the lot? The 2001-2002 Red Wings.
In total, that team had 11 Hall-of-Fame guys on the bench. This number includes Scotty Bowman, as well as the not-yet-inducted Pavel Datsyuk.
Here’s the full list: Steve Yzerman, Nick Lidstrom, Sergei Fedorov, Brendan Shanahan, Brett Hull, Igor Larionov, Chris Chelios, Luc Robitaille, Domink Hasek, Pavel Datsyuk, and Scotty Bowman.
Man, that team was fun to watch.
Dahkeus
Hockey is still seen as a Canadian sport, but man has it been rough for them from a Stanley Cup perspective.

I really wish Detroit could have won connect 4.

30 years since canada had the cup. This year, it comes home…

I believe 2004 is mistaken
JRRTok3n
Just a sprinkle of Canadian victors in the beginning… Damn it’s really time for one of those clubs to bring it home.
dhas19
So 6 teams have 19 of the last 30 cups? That’s actually interesting. In a league of 30 teams, kinda weird that one-off cups seem to be the anomaly
Starvinhkd
So do we dare say the best team in the last 30 years has been the Detroit Red Wings?
TrandleDandopolos
That 09 penguins team was wild
QuickSerenity
Time for a Canadian team to win

There is no parity in the NHL
danifromyara52

That Boston one is a stinger for the Vancouver fans.
