To the point about torts not being able to develop young talent, that’s what he’s done this year. York, Cates, Tippett, Allison, Frost, Ersson, and Hart if you want to count him have all improved pretty significantly

Reimer is a coward. He knew when that game was scheduled months ago. Long standing beliefs? Seems last minute cowardly to me.

Disagreeing a lot with Adam in this one. He doesn't put the respect on the Sens 3v3 line-up. I think he is right that you start Matthews but the Sens with a short bench are dangerous.
Second is the shootout is so trash I don't care about stars in it. I would rather a system where the coaches get to pick 3-5 guys the other team can't use and watch some grinders go in with their highlight reel attempt. I want to see Willy streak in 5v5 or do something wild on the PP or in OT… in the shootout, let's see what Holl has been practicing in his driveway to stunt on somebody with if he only gets a breakaway. NHLers, even the bottom lines/pairs are all insanely talented and they all got something in their back pocket. Watching an 8 million dollar player for forehand, backhand, and miss the net is all to common.

Side note: Spectacor is pronounced “Spec-ta-core”. Bill Barber never GM’d the flyers but he was only a Head Coach. (Won Jack Adams) He went on to be the director of player personnel in Tampa, but never a GM or AGM in Philly. But it is nice to see the national hockey media finally realize a year after most fans did that the problem is Bob Clarke and the tribunal.
Adam the Leafs did get possession of the puck in Overtime, TWICE in fact. But they fucked it up due to what I assume is fatigue, Liljegren passed it to no one and gave it away, and then Willy crashed right into Tavares at the offensive blue line and gave the puck up. The “safe” OT strategy works far better than the original “start our best players” way that saw them have an awful OT record.

You were way off with james Reimer. From a Christian perspective he doesn’t hate the lgbtq community he just doesn’t promote or encourage it. I don’t believe he should have to either. From a Christian perspective it is a sin to be gay but nowhere does it say God hates them. Lying is a sin to God along with many other things. No one sin is greater then another. God hates lying just as much as he hates being gay. God loves everyone. Everyone’s has there own faults and it is between you and God. He is the final judge. I believe Reimer doesn’t hate them but according to the bible we can’t promote and encourage someone to live in sin. That isn’t a personal attack on the community even tho it may seem like it. Sin is sin and as a Christian we can’t be encouraging it.

I'm surprised that fighting is allowed in the minors at all.
Like, I want fighting gone from hockey but damn right I like it. But it doesn't have a place in hockey. Would have loved Fleury and Binnington fighting.

Without fighting in the game players will most likely resort to two handing players like Chris simon which is more dangerous. It keeps everyone honest about their play and actions when the threat of being punched in the face. How do you slow down a guy from taking run after run at your stars on the ice?
From what I've heard of the Ellis injury it's an abdominal muscle tear like through the whole muscle to his back. It sounds like even turning his body would be uncomfortable for him.

Adam is such a selfish fan. Kerfoot scores a goal, and his team wins, and yet he still finds a way to complain about how it wasn't one of the big 3 forwards scoring it. 🙄😂
